Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The unit includes parking for a max of 2 vehicles, 1 in the units private garage, and a second in the first come first serve community parking. STR license # 008574.

Quick getaway

Check in was really easy and the garage was a plus since we were in an arctic blast. I would note the garage fit my 4Runner but anything bigger will not fit. The condo itself was nicely stocked and a great location. The only thing I was disappointed in was the condition of the couches- they need to be replaced, leather is pealing up.

Great location, Fun decor, well stocked kitchen but...

The property was as advertised in a great spot and fun mountain decor! Well stocked kitchen! The price is reasonable but I'm not sure that makes up for the dirty floors and barely passable quality, but clean, sheets and bedding. There's a sign to take off your shoes, but when we did so the floor seemed sticky. I took a damp paper towel to wipe it and it was brown after just one or two swipes. No one had done anything but superficial dusting for a while and some dishes were in the cupboard dirty, one with egg on it. We chose not to inform management even though they were responsive because we wanted to enjoy our stay, weren't there much, and didn't want to have to coordinate anything with them. We would stay again pending other reviews around the cleaning. PS we have had rentals ourselves and like to find positives where we stay.

Great Winder Park Condo

We had a great time. This is the first vacation that we have taken our pets with us and they loved the condo and trip. The condo was stocked with all the amenities you can need. Only wish they would provide a notepad and a pen for when you need to run errands but overall will stay again.

Great location in town of Winter Park. Perfect size for four adults and great beds. However, steep staircase leading to living area and too small garage for any SUV of any size to park, were the downsides. Still enjoyed our stay and very clean unit with well-stocked kitchen.

Great Location

Great condo in a great location. We mountain biked at Trestle and did one day at Steamboat. Having the garage for our bikes and gear was a big plus and really made this a much better choice than staying at the resort. The location provides easy access to restaurants, the grocery store, liquor store and the town park. The bike path also provides easy access to Frisco as well.

Overall we really liked our stay and enjoyed the free activities. But they give you free activity for one person only, so you have to buy more for the family. It’s close to the ski area, love the heated parking garage. We have large SUV with skybox on top. Was afraid that our car might not able to get in especially with skybox, but it went in just perfectly. We have to get everyone all out before you can park inside as it’s very small garage.

Convenient location and private garage.

The unit was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed having a heated, private garage and private laundry. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and had nice appliances. We usually stay at base and this definitely isn’t that, but the location was convenient. You don’t have drive deep into a housing edition to get the unit, it is right off the main road/highway. Plus, Hernando’s is only a block away and you can’t beat that. This unit is also convenient for dog owners with only a flight of stairs to get outside.

Property was clean and had everything we needed. On the lift route but I was easily able to drop off/pick up my son and his friend. Even brought them home for lunch. Located close to restaurants.
