Top Floor Mountain Retreat, Prime Location to WP Base Village, Trestle Bike Park

An unbeatable location, Fraser Crossing is a contemporary vacation rental only 150 yards from the base of the Winter Park Resort, 10 person gondola, The Village restaurants, shops, and numerous outdoor family friendly activities.

We are also close to the Winter Park Amtrak Train stop, making it easy to get from Denver to Winter Park!

The space:
The premier studio sleeps four with a king bed and queen sofa sleeper.

Prepare a quick meal before heading out in the well-equipped kitchenette which includes a coffee maker, crock-pot, dishes, dishwasher, microwave/convection oven, mini refrigerator, pans/pots/utensils, stovetop with 2 burners, and toaster.

Other amenities provided include a flat-screen TV with cable/Apple TV, free WiFi, gas fireplace (turned off in the summer), humidifier, white noise machine, fresh linens/towels, toiletries, and full bathroom.

The building has a giant common area amenity deck that includes barbecue grills, changing/bathrooms, a hot tub, patio furniture, an outdoor fireplace, and views of the mountains.

The Village restaurants, shops, and many outdoor activities are just steps across Winter Park Drive.

Guest access:
- Bike Storage: Located on the 1st floor in the parking garage (bring your own lock)
- Ski Lockers: Located on the 1st floor between the lobby and parking garage (lock provided)
- Winter Parking: $21 per day fee for heated underground parking is available late November to early May
- Summer Parking: $0 per visit service fee for underground parking is available late May to early November
- Coin-operated Washer/Dryer on-site.
- Community amenities include a large common area, shared amenity patio with barbecue grills, changing/bathrooms, a hot tub, patio furniture and an outdoor fireplace.

We are available to assist guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay in Winter Park. If there are any questions and/or issues, feel free to text or call.

Other things to note:
Keyless Lock: the property is equipped with an electronic lock, allowing easy, secure access to the property at check-in and throughout your stay. No need to check in at a separate location!

Amazing location

Great experience staying at this property. Right at the base of Winter Park you are steps away from the Gondola and shops, bars and restaurants. Cozy but comfortable and had great communication with owner. Thanks again we’d love to come back!

Great location, free summer parking

I appreciated free garage parking even though it was tricky to use the keypad for access in and out. One has to enter a long code to exit. Others may get a QR code or parking pass, which would make it easier, but it’s not a big deal once you know what to expect, which is why I am sharing this info here. Also know that one has to set up a separate parking account. The location can’t be beat.

Spring Winter Wonderland: Fantastic Stay at Winter Park Studio Condo

My son and I recently had an unforgettable snowboarding trip at Winter Park, and our stay at the Winter Park Studio Condo was simply fantastic. The studio condo was immaculate and well-maintained, boasting a cozy and inviting ambiance. The space was thoughtfully designed, making excellent use of every square inch. The decor was tasteful and charming, blending modern elements with rustic touches that perfectly complemented the surrounding winter landscape. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view from the large windows. As we woke up each morning, we were treated to panoramic vistas of snow-covered peaks, which truly enhanced our snowboarding experience. It was a joy to sip hot cocoa by the window, watching the snow fall gently outside. The condo provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette was well-stocked with cooking essentials, allowing us to prepare hearty breakfasts before hitting the slopes. The cozy living area was the ideal spot to relax after a day of snowboarding, with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a crackling fireplace that added to the overall charm of the space. The location of the condo was unbeatable and with equipment lockers for the gear made it awesome coming in from riding. It was just a short distance from the ski lifts, making it incredibly convenient for us to access the slopes.

This was perfect for our family! The studio is quite large and spacious, and they had everything we needed. The place was clean, hosts allowed us to check in a couple hours early when we got there early, and the quick walk to the restaurants and skiing was awesome. Highly recommend, we had a great time!

Great Mountian View

The location of this condo is fantastic! The end unit has a fantastic view of the mountains with easy access to the base. The condo is very comfortable with great amenities. We have stayed in this building in the pass and hands down this is the best studio in the building!

Hospitality & Location!

Chris is wonderful with communication and makes the arrival process super easy. We are fortunate he was able to accommodate us with an early check-in so we could get started on our Winter Park plans. The condo is clean, in the perfect location to the village, and had everything we needed for our long weekend. We appreciate the hospitality we received and would absolutely stay here again!

Cozy and perfect location!

Our third time to WP and we love the Fraser Crossing location. Such an easy location for the resort and skiing. The town is a short, short drive or bus ride away. The room was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The communication was great, we had all the information we needed everything was incredibly smooth/easy. We will definitely rent again! Thanks again for everything, your place was great!
