Trailhead 821 serves as an outstanding destination for families and is pet-friendly, featuring a sledding hill that caters to all age groups, along with fire pits for warmth at the Rendezvous Event Center. During the summer season, guests can take advantage of the skate park and outdoor gymnasium. The property is easily accessible via the complimentary town shuttle, making it a perfect getaway for couples, small families, or solo travelers seeking comfortable accommodations.
A pleasant walk to the main street provides year-round dining and shopping options. In the summer months, the Rendezvous Event Center becomes a lively center showcasing live music, craft fairs, and fitness events, located next to this delightful one-bedroom unit.
The primary bedroom is equipped with a King-sized bed and a flat-screen TV.
The living room also features a flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and access to a private deck. There are 2 twin sofa sleepers in this area for extra sleeping accommodations.
The well-appointed kitchen is suitable for both casual cooking and gourmet meal preparation. This spacious and well-lit area is conveniently adjacent to the dining area and opens into the main living room. Additionally, the hallway leads to a full bathroom and a gear room that is appropriate for ski storage and similar items. A private deck provides a view of downtown, while the unit lacks air conditioning and includes a private washer and dryer.
Located on the second floor of the building, guests can use the shared elevator for easy access. PARKING: There are only one designated parking spot available.
The Trailhead Lodge clubhouse offers a variety of on-site amenities, including an outdoor grilling area, a game room, a fitness room, a hot tub and an outdoor pool, available throughout the year.
Smoking is prohibited. The regulations set forth by the Homeowner Association explicitly forbids guests from smoking on the premises. These regulations are rigorously enforced. Any guests found smoking on the property will incur a fine of 200 for each day of violation.

We had a great stay at this cozy condo. The location is great - walkable to the bus stop for the ski area, walkable to good restaurants. It's a busy condo area but felt very comfortable, quiet, nice neighborhood. Loved the gas fireplace and all the nice windows. Lots of light.

Good place, poor property management

The place and location was great. The property management group was not. The cleaning crew a tried to barge in during our stay without knocking or warning one morning. And the parking permit was not at the place.
