Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. There is parking for 1 vehicle in the parking lot on a first come basis. We stayed with 2 families for a long weekend. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and perfect for our families. Close to the ski shuttle, walkable to restaurants and the sledding hill! Couldn't beat the location.

Excellent Location and Plenty of Room

The management team were very responsive via email and phone. I wish there was a text option. Place was great. Pretty clean (could be cleaner under couches). Everything seemed new. Shuttle pick up was right in front. We always got a parking spot right behind the unit too. If in the front bedroom, you do get street noise. We found the buttons to control the top level shades which helped to keep the loft darker. Kids loved the bunk beds and said they were really comfortable. Hot tub was big and always worked. Park with sledding hill across the street was awesome. We bought sleds at Ace and then donated them to the hill. Would stay here again!

We booked this unit for a quick last minute getaway and it met and exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our family of 5 and the kids loved having their own area and bunk beds. The hot tub was perfect for a cooler evening and the unit came with everything you could possibly need. The only suggestion I have would be to see if you can put darker shades for the bunk area as the sunlight came in early and woke the kids up. Other than that, we loved it and would book it again in the future!

Amazing - Loved it!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our party, we had two couples and 3 kids. The loft space was perfect for the kids. We loved that there were 3 bathrooms. We all had plenty of space, and it was really cozy and comforting. Things we loved and found useful: Kitchen appliances were nice - plenty of fridge space, great stove to cook with, dishwasher for easy cleanup Coffee maker and there was even provided coffee and filters! Kitchen cutlery, dishware, cookware were all excellent Trashbags, dish detergent provided Dumpster trash nearby made it easy keep the condo clean Washer dryer in unit Hot tub in unit was AMAZING Close to Lift Shuttle stop - very convenient for skiers Parking very easy Comfortable beds Very convenient location - could walk to many restaurants and shops! The only minor issue we had was that we could not get volume on the TV in the bedroom with the en suite. We had no trouble signing in to our streaming service but the tv did not seem to have volume. I would also say that while it did not bother us, there was some road noise as we were right on Main street. All in all we had a great time and the hosts were very communicative.
