This bright and spacious condo is newly refurbished and only 200 steps to the Gondola. The primary bedroom has a king size bed (there's a twin folding bed underneath suitable for a child or teen). In the living room there is a new sleeper sofa. A new 50-inch Smart TV is equipped with a sound bar and sub-woofer through which you can play music using the TV’s apps or your own Bluetooth device. The kitchenette (with full size fridge) features a medium sized oven capable of cooking just about anything you like. Sore after an adventurous day? Enjoy a soak in the large soaking tub.
This particular condo is located on 3rd floor with direct access to amenity deck. Hot tub is just a steps from the condo.

9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Winter Park Resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.5 miles away at the Town of Fraser.

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage.

Our stay was wonderful! Charlotte was so helpful right from the start. She was very responsive and always available. The condo was just as expected - with an extra bonus being a heated bidet! The easy access to the hot tub was my husband's favorite part of the trip. We had friends at the Zephyr which was literally across the street so it was easy to meet up for skiing, drinks or dinner. The property was quiet, beautiful and the view from outside was amazing! We would definitely return!

Summer Mountain Magic

Wow! I'm sure this resort is a skier's paradise in winter, but it is also absolutely magical in summer! Location, amenities, pricing, activities, food, views are all amazing. It's also an easy and fairly quick drive to the Kawuneeche entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. We loved our time here and hope to return!

condo in winter park village

The condo was as pictured and very clean. It's a short walk to the base of the gondola so you can't beat that. The kitchen is somewhat stocked. It has all the utensils and pots/pans, but not much as far as spices/ingredient basics (only had salt/pepper). There was no oil, so we spent a ridiculous amount at the Mercantile in the village for a mini Crisco (!!!). We didn't want to drive all the way to Safeway in Fraser. Just be sure to bring all your cooking ingredients if you will be cooking. TVs worked fine, had Netflix, Disney , etc... it was nice they provided humidifiers as well. Unit included a ski locker on the first floor which was convenient. Garage parking is available for an additional fee, but it's a discounted rate for guests. The only bummer was that the hot tub was under construction. When this gets fixed it will be perfect because the unit is on the 3rd floor and the patio has direct access to the hot tub level. We had a great stay and would come back. Thanks Charlotte for a great stay!

Hudson’s trip

Finding the parking garage was easy. Finding where to park in the garage and which building wasn’t. The hot tub was hot but the jets didn’t work. According to the security guard they haven’t worked in years. Very close walk to the gondola. Getting the tv to work even with instructions was trying at times.

Amazing Location

Location is everything here! Steps away from everything— the gondola, the hot tub, everything. Life is so much better when you can walk to the lifts instead of waiting for the shuttle. Check in was easy, the unit is as pictured. The bed was comfortable, and the humidifiers were much appreciated! The dry Colorado air was really getting to us, even during a storm, and those humidifiers were life savers. Also had no challenges with parking, just kind of have to move the QR code around to get it to scan after a second. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend.

Awesome!

Fantastic location. Super clean. Comfortable. Loved the Keurig machine and the Seventh Generation dish soap. Great TV set up and great instructions for everything. Loved the large bathtub. Spacious. And hot tub is just outside the backdoor of the condo. Loved it!

Unexpected Condo Change

We booked this condo for a second year in a row, however, upon arrival we noticed the hot tub at the Fraser Crossing complex was closed. Property Management was very responsive and empathetic to the situation. They offered us an upgraded condo in the Founders Pointe complex for the same price (#4463). This change in condos helped us in having a more memorable trip!

Great experience!!

We needed a home base during my art show, and this was perfect! They have a folder of info - including good places to eat nearby. There were plenty of blankets for the extra beds, dishes, oven, even a crockpot and sled! It was in August, so we didn't use that last one, but it was a nice touch. The price was great for what it was! It was clean and had lots of natural light. They even have a bidet, which was a new experience for my kids 😂 The only issue we had was with the parking garage, because the QR code only worked half the time. There was a help button though, and they were always prompt in opening the door. The hot tub also wasn't open, which was sad.

Excellent base location

Family of 4 with a boy and a girl, we needed the extra cot for sleeping, and this fit our needs. Easy to get to the slopes and the Village shops and restaurants. You just walk right across the road. Especially nice to have the hot tub right outside the patio and great in the snow to have a parking garage.
