Ski in/Ski out condo w/great views. Overlooking the slopes. Access to hot tub

This unit is 40 feet to the elevator -one of the shortest walks to the snow and skiing! It has spectacular slope side views of the base area. In the first bedroom, there is a queen over queen bunkbed, small closet, and TV. A full bath is located just outside the bedroom door. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a full over full bunkbed and a en-suite bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo is perfect for folks looking to spend time exploring and still have a comfortable base camp to gather, make a meal, and relax.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Zephyr has four hot tubs, a fitness room, heated underground parking, onsite ski shops and close proximity to restaurants and shopping. There is also a nearby ice skating rink. Each condo has a full service kitchen. Washer and dryer are located on every floor. Unit is located on 5th floor in Slopeside building facing the gondola and slopes.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

Nightly rate is based on occupancy up to 8 people. An Additional charge of $15 per person per night applies for more than 8 guests. (will be added when we confirm the reservation)

Heated attached underground parking will keep you and your vehicle out of the elements (parking fee during ski-season $23/ per vehicle per day). Ski locker included.

Hot tub hours: 8 am to 10 pm (Mon through Sun)

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage.

The resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.6 miles away in the town of Fraser.

Wonderful Stay at the Zephyr Mountain Slope Side Property! Beautiful views, easy access, right in the village with many options for dining in the evening. Very clean and plenty of beds for all! Great family retreat! Excellent skiing our week of Spring Break! Reasonably Priced - parking an additional 23 per night.

Fantastic Ski-In/Ski-Out Condo!

We had an amazing stay at this Winter Park condo! The ski-in/ski-out access made hitting the slopes incredibly easy, and the convenience of being just steps from the village was unbeatable. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and everything we needed after a day on the mountain. The condo itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for relaxing after skiing. The location truly couldn’t be better—we’ll definitely be staying here again!

Great location and very nice condo!!!

Overall the condo was great and management company was great to deal with and it is in a great location. It was very well stocked and very clean.The main bedroom has a queen bed with a full bunk bed and the 2nd bedroom has queen bunk bed (not a twin). The beds were comfortable for me, but others in my group thought they were a little firm so that is subjective. We only had 4 adults in the unit during our stay and it was cozy, but would be a little cramped with 10 people.Although it is a ski in/out, there are a couple of things to note. In order to ski in, you need to be at least an intermediate skier in order to ski down the Mary Jane (blue run) and then take Corridor Way (green run) which is a long cat walk and requires some pushing. The other option is take Hughes (blue/black) which is a double fall line and steep in certain areas.The only other down side of a ski in/out is that you hear the Snow Cats (groomers) multiple times a night and then Snowmobiles starting at 5:00 am along with the train (Winter Park Express).My only complaint is with Mother Nature as she did not cooperate.

Overall great stay, very clean, and awesome location. The manager was very accommodating and responsive. The only complaint is that there was a clicking noise coming from the heater that was a little annoying when trying to sleep. If they can fix that it would be perfect.

This property was a great location. Beautiful views of the slopes outside the window. Hot tubs 3 floors down that weren't packed and were clean. Comfy beds and perfect room temperature. Hope to stay again!

Facts of the stay

Vacation and Snowboard trip to winter park, we booked a ski in ski out to have a incredible trip. First issue never got the keys overnighted to us, after jumping though hoops we finally got access to the room. You would think you would have basic necessities spending 10 grand, no hot water for five days, no wifi, one jacuzzi out of order and other one warm never hot. When I tried to inquire about these issues we where having, I simply asked is there a place we can go on property to take a hot shower. SHOCKING THEY SAID NO!!!! Response hot water is down in whole building, wifi is down in two buildings and jacuzzi is a known issue and being worked on. I stressed our concerns, they said out of there hands it is a HOA issue. We paid for basic necessities such as hot water, wifi, jacuzzi this is all stuff that should not be in question. We just wanted a refund so we could get a place with hot water at least.... We are going to move forward with a formal suit to make sure the next family that books there vacation someone will be held accountable for there lack of concerns. No question asked money refund or other accommodations should of happened. Who wants to ski all day to come home to no hot water absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
