Perfect Family Ski Trip

The home was perfect for our growing family. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was perfectly stocked. We loved the layout and lower level for all the teens was great. Located very close to grocery store is definitely convenient also. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home!

Fantastic space in Winter park!

Just a berautiful stay in Winter Park, we were there over the summer and the place was jammed packed full of games, a truly lovely hot tub and amazing sauna. I will be back, and there is SO MUCH sleeping room, plus a second kitchen, its a great place to explore.

Great relaxing house

We had a golf weekend with 10 guys and this house was great for our needs. The hot tub and sauna were very big hits for our group. Plenty of beds for everyone and they were very comfortable. Improvements which could be done: The outdoor grill was lacking and could use an update. Some minor masonry work needed with the walkway from the driveway. Cleaning out the kitchen light fixture.

Nice stay!

Nice stay for our family reunion of 3 families from 3 different states! We had a total of 11 people. House was definitely spacious enough for our needs. More than enough amenities also (silverware, dishes, pots, pans, dish/hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, 2 wahers/dryers, nice hot tub, etc.) One side note, something we didn't notice when reading listing and found out upon arrival, this house does not have air conditioning. We travelled early August, and although it's much cooler in the mountains, there were some days/nights where an air conditioner would have been welcomed. House is in a great location to town, local activities and not a far ride to Rocky Mountain National Park. Overall a very nice vacation!

Perfect for Large Family Gathering

We had a great time at Jen’s property. It was in a great location and had everything we could possibly need for our family reunion! The king size beds were so comfortable and having two sets of washer dryer was great as well. With 12 adults and 12 kids ages 0 to 11 we were very comfortable and everyone had their own space. I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice place, big, clean, quiet, easy to find. All 16 family members enjoyed the area and communities nearby. Some moose came to visit which caused excitement. Garage was great although driveway was somewhat steep.

One of Our Best Winter Vacations EVER

We absolutely LOVED this property, the owners, and those who care for the property! The owner was SUPER SWEET and GREAT with communications. The setting is PEACEFUL and LOVELY, and every window view is GORGEOUS. The home is SPACIOUS and very welcoming. I felt as though thoughtfulness went into every detail of preparing for guests. The Master Suite was especially comfortable--with a gas fireplace and day beds in addition to the king size bed. The house was CLEAN!! and had everything we needed: plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, linens . . . hair dryers, hand soap (**bring your own shampoo/bath soap**) . . . dish soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent . . . games, puzzles . . . [for those with littles, there are toys, toddler dishes, high chair, crib] . . . --pretty much all of the big and little things that are pesky to pack, purchase or do without. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, minor appliances (TWO crockpots!) and "basics". There were two snow shovels and an ice scraper in the garage so we didn't get stuck in the snow. The garage was warm and accommodated two vehicles comfortably--with plenty of room for our ski gear; the driveway was wide enough for a few more parking spaces. We had lots of fun playing in the snow in the large yard--there were even sleds for our use! The hot tub and sauna were the icing on the cake!! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this vacation property and the owners. We had a WONDERFUL time!

Family Winter Vacation

Your home was wonderful, it fit our family of 15 (my wife & i, our three children & spouses, and our 7 grandkids) very well. .Hot tub was GREAT, and sauna also was used several times. Kitchen was well equipped with all needed pots. pans, skillets, crock pots, and dishes. Meal times worked great with adults in Dining Room and kids at the Dinette table. The fireplaces in the Living Room and MBR provided nice ambiance and some appreciated extra heat for evenings. The yard was excellent - the kids made a sled/saucer track all the way from the road to the back yard. The only drawbacks were the walkway to the front door was very icy and slippery, and we had to do a bit of snow shoveling to clear enough room for the kids to get out the Front Door to access the front patio and yard for the sledding. We also shoveled the back patio around the Hot Tub, and grill. Not a big deal - it just gave my son/sons-in-law, and me a little extra exercise. All in all we had a really great time and will definitely consider returning for a future visit should we plan another Family Winter Vacation.

Wonderful family getaway!

This is a wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood in Fraser. Centrally located in the valley for easy access to the big mountains near Winter Park and fun over in Granby too. We had a big group of family from all over the state come together to celebrate our little boy’s birthday and everyone loved this house! Perfect location, well allocated, comfortable beds, HOT TUB! Sauna! What else do ya need? We loved our time together and everyone is already talking about coming back! Thank you so much!

Spacious large house, beautiful location

We had a family gathering of 19 here, ages 1-79, and everyone loved the house and the location. Plenty of room to spread out but the rooms managed to feel cozy and engaging too. We cooked and ate all of our meals with ease the entire week in the thoughtfully appointed kitchen. The weather was unusually wet for summer but the neighborhood provided lovely trails to walk on, in a spectacular, quiet setting and the hot tub was the perfect antidote to the cold. Having town nearby allowed for quick trips to the store and the nearby mountain biking trails were a huge hit. I particularly appreciated the level of cleanliness throughout the home including the basement rooms. Nearby views were stunning. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great fishing, hiking, rafting. Only one issue, the outlets in the master bath and other upstairs bath did not work. I think the gfci was tripped and just needs to be reset. Great place to spend time w/ family.

Amazing home for large groups!

This was our second time staying at this property and we love it. We brought a group of volunteers from our church up for the weekend and had a blast. Lots of options for activities including skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, coffee shops, and restaurants. (never used Grill nor Sauna) Three stories, Excellent location 100 yards from ski bus pick-up about 2 miles from the SAFEWAY Store. Be sure of the sleeping arrangements. After seeing actual rooms, we made adjustments and everything turned out GREAT. Two kitchens, (well equipped) "Family Room" every game imaginable. Final note a FOUR WHEEL DRIVE vehicle a MUST in the snowy weather as we had. We have rented other houses in Winter Park but this is the BEST we have ever experienced.

Space for everyone

This house had exactly what we needed. More than enough space for a group of 8 ladies. The hot tub and sauna made for a great relaxing weekend. It’s less than two miles to restaurants, bars and shops.
