Eighteen members of my family gathered for a reunion in Winter Park; we needed two houses to accommodate the 15 adults and three children. The other house was better suited to family dining, so we barely used the kitchen at this house. It became a quiet and spacious retreat for members of the family who needed time away from siblings and cousins. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the house was located in a great spot not far from either the Winter Park Resort or Rocky Mountain National Park. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had before or during our stay.

Amazing group stay

This place was awesome for our all adult group of 16. We even saw a bull moose our first evening. The hot tub and sauna are great amenities and we had a great time.

The home has TONS of space. I think I counted enough bed space for 22 or so guests, so our family of 15 could easily spread out. The home was well-equipped and met our needs well. We had one minor issue while there, and the host took care of it immediately, and then followed up later to make sure everything was still going as expected. Location was also very convenient to sledding and skiing, and we loved that there was a grocery store just a few minutes away. Overall, it was a great home base for a few days of skiing for a large family. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic space in Winter park!

Just a berautiful stay in Winter Park, we were there over the summer and the place was jammed packed full of games, a truly lovely hot tub and amazing sauna. I will be back, and there is SO MUCH sleeping room, plus a second kitchen, its a great place to explore.

Perfect Family Ski Trip

Perfect for Large Family Gathering

We had a great time at Jen’s property. It was in a great location and had everything we could possibly need for our family reunion! The king size beds were so comfortable and having two sets of washer dryer was great as well. With 12 adults and 12 kids ages 0 to 11 we were very comfortable and everyone had their own space. I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice place, big, clean, quiet, easy to find. All 16 family members enjoyed the area and communities nearby. Some moose came to visit which caused excitement. Garage was great although driveway was somewhat steep.

Family Fun in Winter Park!

The house accommodated 24of us nicely. Teenagers loved the downstairs family room and patio. Dining room was perfect for games and puzzles too! Lots of living space on the main floor for groups to gather. We had a wonderful time!

Great fishing, hiking, rafting. Only one issue, the outlets in the master bath and other upstairs bath did not work. I think the gfci was tripped and just needs to be reset. Great place to spend time w/ family.

Family Christmas

This is our 3rd or 4 th year for our extended family Christmas. We love staying here the home is very comfortable and a very well stocked kitchen. The owners are very quick to respond if you might need anything. The kids all look forward to using the hot tub a big highlight for them.

Amazing home for large groups!

This was our second time staying at this property and we love it. We brought a group of volunteers from our church up for the weekend and had a blast. Lots of options for activities including skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, coffee shops, and restaurants. The house is perfect for groups - lots of beds, multiple living areas, and large tables for games. Thanks for the amazing getaway! We'll be back!

Amazing Trip

We LOVED this property. It was huge, and accommodated our group of 12 exceptionally well, with lots of room and beds to spare. The house was clean and well laid out. We enjoyed the multiple "Rec Rooms" so the kids had their own space, as did the adults. The location was fantastic too. Would definitely stay again. Great house with lots of space. We enjoyed the multiple living rooms so different games/activities could be going on simultaneously. Also appreciated all the toddler toys! Kept my little one entertained without having to travel with too much.

Fabulous Property

We have stayed in many properties in Winter Park and this one is by far the best. We had 11 people staying for 4 nights (7 adults and 4 children) and all of them were very impressed with the house. It was spacious, well designed for living areas and bedrooms, had lots of toys for kids, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need, and the area was beautiful. The layout and configuration of the house is perfect for a multiple family vacation. We highly recommend it and will probably be back!

Wonderful family getaway!

This is a wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood in Fraser. Centrally located in the valley for easy access to the big mountains near Winter Park and fun over in Granby too. We had a big group of family from all over the state come together to celebrate our little boy’s birthday and everyone loved this house! Perfect location, well allocated, comfortable beds, HOT TUB! Sauna! What else do ya need? We loved our time together and everyone is already talking about coming back! Thank you so much!

Great relaxing house

We had a golf weekend with 10 guys and this house was great for our needs. The hot tub and sauna were very big hits for our group. Plenty of beds for everyone and they were very comfortable. Improvements which could be done: The outdoor grill was lacking and could use an update. Some minor masonry work needed with the walkway from the driveway. Cleaning out the kitchen light fixture.
