Family friendly Winter Park Condo on free bus route. Perfect for ski vacation!

Great value in Winter Park! Backs to Forest, New King and Queen sized beds, twin bunk and pull out sofa. Cozy and highly rated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is only a six minute walk to the top breweries/restaurants/shops in Winter Park. This remodeled second floor end unit has lots of natural light and a back deck with a grill that overlooks the forest.
The condo is right next to the clubhouse, which has 3 hot tubs, sauna, heated indoor pool, laundry facilities, free movies to check out, lounge area, meeting area, and a deck with a grill.

POOL: Heated indoor pool and hot tubs are open, clubhouse is just across the parking lot!

Contactless Entry: You will be sent a private code to enter the condo. Owners are available for any inquiries.

Rooms: Blackout blinds in all bedrooms.
Master bedroom has a new king bed with a new High Def LG Smart Flat Screen TV, ample closet space, and a master bathroom with 2 sinks.
Second Bedroom has a new queen bed with a twin-sized bunk above. Flat screen TV, ample closet space and a private bathroom.
The living room has a memory foam full sized pull out mattress sofa sleeper. Blackout blinds and wood window shutters in living room.

Sofa Sleeper, Recliner, Storage Ottoman, Hi Def Smart TV, Gas Fireplace, Dining table that comfortably seats 6 people.

Kitchen:
Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Ninja Blender, Toaster, Coffee Pot, Coffee Frother, Crock Pot, Pots and Pans, Dishes, Can Opener, Silverware, Knives, Spices, Lots of countertop and cabinet space.

NO PETS ALLOWED: Guests are not allowed to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced . Guests will lose their deposit and can be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet on the property.

NO SMOKING in public areas of the property. No smoking allowed on front or back balcony. No vaping in the property.

This was our first time in Winter Park and our host Dawn was more than helpful. She checked in to make sure we arrived ok and gave us endless recommendations for places to eat, drink etc. The condo was very clean and cozy. The beds were very comfortable and welcoming after a long day of skiing. Definitely very pleased with our stay.

Everything was wonderful! Location is great with easy access to Winter Park downtown and Mountain! View was very scenic and peaceful, and very cozy with the fireplace. We had a wonderful and relaxing Ski vacation and would definitely stay here on our next trip to WP!

Perfect ski weekend condo and excellent hosts!

This was a wonderful condo for our family ski weekend - it was comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed to prepare meals and relax at the end of our ski days. The location is excellent - it felt quiet and secluded as an end unit. Getting to Winter Park was also incredibly easy using the WP shuttle. We especially appreciated the condo hosts - they were communicative and responsive both ahead of and during our stay. We would highly recommend this spot and will plan to return in the future.

Very welcoming!

Dawn and Jeff’s place is so comfortable and welcoming. They were very good with communication both before and during our stay and answered all our questions promptly. Beds were comfortable, loved the little balcony and the decorative lights added to the ambience! Kitchen was well equipped. Perfect place to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet and yet a short walk to the event center for our festival. Couldn’t have asked for more! We’ll be back!

Clean and comfortable

This is one of the best rentals my family has ever stayed in. It was a great layout for our family of four, and it felt spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed, even all those little kitchen things that are often not provided, like coffee, sugar, spices; bathroom things like extra toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and lotion; and fun things for the kids, like board games and a neat bunk bed setup. The clubhouse is nearby and fantastic, with a heated pool, three hot tubs, and even a large selection of books and dvds to borrow. We chose to drive to the skiing, and it’s only a couple of minutes down the road, with easy free parking (in the spring at least). A slight issue out of anyone’s control occurred, which was addressed immediately. We would love to find this condo again if we return to Winter Park!

Great little skiing getaway spot

Awesome condo with everything you need. Thoughtful amenities that made for a great weekend ski getaway. Ski locker on the deck, plenty of hooks to hang ski jackets, base layers and other miscellaneous. A great pool and hot tubs after a great day on the mountain, just a bus ride away. Will definitely stay here again.
