**The Space**

Elegantly decorated two bedroom, two bath condominium with views of the

Continental Divide and Village walkway from the balcony. The condo has been

remodeled with granite counter-tops, new kitchen cabinets, stainless steel

appliances, and beautifully appointed furnishings and decor. Warm earth tones,

a leather sofa, and contemporary lighting will encourage you to snuggle in to

read a book after a long day playing outside.



**The Bedroom**

The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom has two twin beds.

A sleeper sofa pulls out in the living area for additional sleeping.

fingertips with these slope side accommodation.



Additional Notes for Parking



Parking is $23 per 24-hour session (one car per condo). Reservations can be

made in advance on the Winter Park Resort website for unlimited in/out access

per 24 consecutive hours. There is no assigned parking. After purchase you

will receive a QR code that you will scan to get in and out of the garage. We

recommend you screenshot this for easy access. You will need to scan your room

key and then the QR code. If your room is not ready you can stop by the Front

Desk to grab a key to park.
