The front desk staff were really friendly. The hotel is kind of out in the middle of nowhere, with not much around to do. It's a new place. The cleaning service was pretty disappointing—they seemed confused about their tasks. During our four-night stay, they only cleaned our room once and didn’t bother refilling the bathroom supplies. We had to keep asking for more stuff because they didn’t proactively provide it. Overall, the experience was okay, but I’m not sure I’d want to come back.

It seems nice up front, but my mountain view was a well lit gas station that I could see all night while trying to sleep. I also could hear stomping and all sorts of other noises above me late into the evening and very early in the morning. worst night sleep ever
