It was OK until we were charged an additional $80 to park our vehicle in front of the hotel that we had already paid to rent. When I called a question this I was told that it was in the fine print which I think is kind of deceptive because I went back to look at my itinerary and documents from motel.com and it only showed my cost for the hotel. It did not show me any cost or additional fee to park my vehicle We chose to go through hotels.com because it made things easier, but on the back end we were charged more money and so for that reason, along with the fact that we had to ask for our room to be cleaned, three stars.

Room was great. Breakfast was a plus and other amenities were nice. Overall a nice property close to both Beaver Creek and Vail. The downside was the location of our room in proximity to the lobby. We were on the first floor with a room closest to the lobby. It was like tenting in a campground — you get to go to sleep when the last person decides to call it a night, and you get up when the first person decides to get up. Loud talking in the hallway in the middle of the night then awoke us and the lobby music started around 6am for more noise. A disappointing experience, especially given the high nightly rate during ski season. An additional surprise of $20/night parking for what really isn’t a dense area. Seemed like a money grab.

The front desk staff were really friendly. The hotel is kind of out in the middle of nowhere, with not much around to do. It's a new place. The cleaning service was pretty disappointing—they seemed confused about their tasks. During our four-night stay, they only cleaned our room once and didn’t bother refilling the bathroom supplies. We had to keep asking for more stuff because they didn’t proactively provide it. Overall, the experience was okay, but I’m not sure I’d want to come back.
