I made our reservation a week in advance. Date of reservation, September 18th, I notified the motel that we were arriving late due to late flight into Providence, R.I. The lady confirmed my reservation and made a note.. We arrived at shortly after midnight, only to find that the reservation was cancelled and no VACANCIES WERE AVAILABLE! My wife almost panicked however we were blessed with finding a room in another motel shortly after. I asked why my reservation was cancelled and was told my 'Master card' was not correct. i informed the clerk... I don't even have or use a Master Card. We left! In the future, I hope that the La Quinta Inn, for customers sake, picks up the phone and calls before cancelling a room that was both confirmed and reserved.

I’m sure this hotel will be nice eventually, as it is under renovations, but until then it is not the best. The room we stayed in was renovated, but the paint smell was very strong and gave us soar throats. I would definitely check with them to see where they are in the process.

Older hotel that is going through remodeling. Nevertheless the staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were clean. I got a great rest here!

After notyfying manager and showing her the cocaroach i was told i booked with expieda so i had to deal with Expedia. Asked if i should bring it to Worcester board of health,She said thats fine.I shook out all my bags put each article of clothing in my bag that i put in my trash bag per MOM and left. Fumigated myclothes in the breeze way just in case. Auburn Mass Very Dirty And Poor Customer service.After all Expedia didnt have roaches but i slept with lights on and mask made out of socks.
This guy got caught crawling out of my sink.

The rooms were fine, but the hotel itself felt very sketchy, grungy & debatably unsafe. Check-in took a very long time & keys didn’t work. You get what you pay for I suppose, but would not recommend!

Property is undergoing renovations, so the hallways are filthy as their carpet will be replaced after the rooms are done, but it’s disgusting now. Even though we had been put in a room that had been remodeled, it smelled strongly of mold. We were able to get another room, but even that room’s old curtains had the smell of 20 years of smoke/dust/etc built up. Smoke doesn’t come out of the walls even if you change the flooring and no one has smoked in there for the past 5 years.

Horrible

Mouse traps in rooms. No hot water. Soap dispenser empty. Whole 3rd floor in construction. Paint everywhere. Dirty. Run down. If room cost 20 a night then you get what you pay for but 250 plus is a rip off. Horrible. Dirty. Needs to be condemned.

Might be nicer down the road …

The price was around $100 so take the into consideration…BUT the ceiling at the lobby was crumbling with plaster. The third floor hallway was disgusting with plaster all over the place. There was a wire hanging out of the ceiling when I got in around 8pm and a later sitting in front of the door to get into the hallway. I found out after checking in they were under renovation. The room was clean, but nowhere to hang clothes one of the toilet paper rolls was mostly empty 90%(just odd to keep it there). And it looked like there was paint speckles all over the place. My friend who is staying on the first floor, said his room smelled as if they kept spraying it with some kind of perfume deodorant. I also found it a little funny that the elevator smelled like smoke and there’s a big no smoking sign in the elevator.
