Le problème essentiel de l'hôtel ce qu'il est à côté d'une ligne de tram. Chaque fois que un tram passe il y a bruit important. ce qui est difficile de pouvoir dormir.
C'était le cas pour la chambre que nous avons eu au 5ème étage.

Splendide
Publié le 28 août 2023 sur HotelsCet établissement, – et c'est indéniablement l'un de ses points forts –, est idéalement situé à 2 pas du Rynek et cependant dans une ruelle au calme. Les parties communes sont belles et très bien entretenues. La décoration des chambres est soignée mais l'équipement est assez sommaire pour cette catégorie d'hôtel.
Le point tout à fait insuffisant est la partie petits-déjeuners. La salle est splendide, mais le buffet, si l'on peut appliquer ce terme, offre un choix à peine digne d'un 2 étoiles et de bien piètre qualité (de loin le pire depuis des années en ce qui me concerne). On peut commander différents types de préparation d'œufs, mais il faudra souvent s'armer de patience. Idem pour les cafés. La gestion est désorganisée, confuse et finalement peu agréable. Quant à la réception, elle n'est pas très chaleureuse, pour le moins indifférente. Les prestations et équipements ne sont pas ceux d'un 4 étoiles, ce qui tranche avec l'hôtellerie polonaise qui est globalement de très bonne qualité.

Great stay and would come back again

The team on the front desk were fantastic and really looked after us especially when we turned up early for check in and they were able to accommodate us early and gave us our room with no wait. We were also checking out really early to catch our flight for 6am and they offered to have a breakfast bag ready for us. It's service like this, that makes me appreciate the team's attentiveness and the extra mile they go to help and support those staying within their hotel. They were always willing to help and always greeted us with a smile.
The decor of the hotel is beautiful, from the marbles in the reception area to the stunningly decorated rooms. We enjoyed the amenities within the hotel such as the spa and that was nice especially after walking a full day around Wroclaw town. They have a little bar on the 1st floor, it is slightly small and if you are travelling in a big group, seating is limited.
The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the breakfast provided by the hotel has a great selection of continental breakfast and they also offered food to order.
I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel if you are in Wroclaw. It's around 10 mins walk to get into Wroclaw town and they is a tram stop right in front that you can hop onto if you want to go further out. It made this stay special as I was celebrating my mums 70th birthday. Thank you to the team for looking after us!

Amazing property all around. Room was 6 star with all the attention to detail. Provided with a welcome dessert for the 3 of us and a nightly turn down service.
