The staff is very helpful. The hotel is located at a very convenient location with places for shopping and walking around.

Has improved compared with my previous stays in this hotel. Everything available including small convenience store.
Business lounges was closed during 3 days although I paid for.
Shopping mall with many restaurants nearby.

The hotel is located in downtown Xiangyang, with the bustling commercial street right next to it. Shopping and dining are very convenient. The hotel has a clean and hygienic environment and is well decorated. I will come back in the future.
