Not As Nice as Looked

I was not able to find the property so called the manager. Evolve is still giving the wrong contact person so had to leave a message. Finally found the property tucked behind another house. Garbage in the bathroom. Paper in the toilet. Even as the week got colder, no offer of turning on the heat from the owner who lived right in front of the property. Electric turned off three times in one day due to work being done in next unit. No warning. Owner sent a text that he didn't expect someone so late in the season. While then, why didn't he just say no. TV reception horrible. Great beach. Wonderful grocery store two doors down with excellent food. Otherwise, would have left early. Felt like an intrusion, especially after the electric going off and no offer of heat.

The homeowner promptly asked us to update the information, however, we failed to do so before your stay. This does not reflect the owner or property and Evolve takes full responsibility. We have since updated the pre-stay email so future guests do not share the same experience. We'd also like to clarify, that the additional confirmation email received during your stay was sent after the guest's contact information was updated-We have high standards of hospitality and strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our guests. The homeowner does not live in the community, however, it is a very nice, welcoming place, and all of the neighbors are very friendly-There is a listing within the home with the information needed regarding guests' stay (including when the garbage should be taken out) right next to the refrigerator. Garbage day is Tuesday and you reached out on Wednesday asking when the trash should be put out. We informed you we would take care of itThank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to address these concerns.
