The space
Welcome to Tesoro Del Sol, a classic Spanish-style home located in the hip and trendy Yucca Valley, California. Follow along on IG @tesoro.delsol for more inspiration and to get a taste of what life is like at our desert oasis.

Our home comfortably sleeps 6 adults, with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Dogs are welcome, with a $50 pet fee (please disclose during booking).

The living room is a cozy space to relax and unwind, with a hip loveseat, wicker chairs, and coffee table. The desert-inspired mural will transport you to another world and help you escape the daily grind.

The TV room is a spacious common area with a luxurious large sofa and a 55” smart TV. Everything you need to relax is provided.

The Desert Dune is the master bedroom, featuring an ensuite bathroom and a king-sized bed with a memory foam mattress. The calming neutral tones, wicker accents, and wooden textures create a soothing atmosphere. This room also has a walk-in closet to store your personal belongings and keep the room photo ready.

The Drip Suite is a bright and cheerful room with a queen-sized bed, the coolest art, and a reading nook for a quick escape. It also has a full-sized mirror to check out your fit.

The Desert Rose is a peaceful retreat with a queen-sized bed and cozy bedding. The sunset views from this room are stunning, and there is also a closet to drop your bags. The Desert Dune and Desert Rose bedrooms are connected.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the kitchenware and dishes you need to whip up a feast.

The dining room is a spacious area where you can enjoy your meals with family and friends.

Outside, you'll find plenty of amenities to enjoy. Take a soak in the 7-person hot tub surrounded by string lights and Joshua Trees. Catch the sunrise and sunset views on the rooftop deck while you hear the crackling of the fire pit. Relax by the chiminea in the covered patio, sunbathe on the day bed embellished with florals, or stargaze on one of the three full-sized hammocks.

Fun fact: All the murals have been painted by the host!

There is a 1 car garage and parking for 5 cars on the driveway. When you pull in, please continue straight ahead towards the garage.

This was a wonderful stay! Large house, close to everything you need. The only thing that you might need to know is that two of the bedrooms are connected. Meaning you have to go through one to get to the other. I would stay here again!

Dianna was welcoming and very communicative. The house is large and comfortable. The proximity to Joshua Tree and other hiking made this an excellent choice for my family.

Interesting and beautiful place out here in the desert. We enjoyed the house and outdoor areas very much. However, the hot tub maxes out at 99 degrees, and that isn't hot enough for a real soak when it's chilly out. There are almost no lamps, so the lighting was an issue. Not even bedside lamps in the second bedroom. The kitchen lacks some essential items (like a baking pan). Two of the bedrooms are connected, so you have to walk through one to get to the other, so privacy isn't really possible with anything but the master bedroom.

Very clean house and well maintained, I’d say refreshingly undersold in the photos actually. The yard is truly spectacular

Fun Secure and Private Property in YV

Fabulous time had at the Stargazing/Hot Tub house in Yucca Valley. I love all the wall murals done by the host. Great sleep in the bed, loved the large TV room. I did short walks around the neighborhood which was pretty quiet. The upper deck for sunrise and coffee was fun. Very well maintained home appointed with everything anyone would need. I was busy visiting family in the area so I missed hot tub time. I visited Christ Church which is a quick 3-5 minute drive down the road.Just a FUNtastic experience here, highly recommend.

Great spot, great host, great stay

The two of us plus dog had a great stay. Great variety of places on site to enjoy (living room, tv room, garage/ping pong, kitchen, dinning nook, yoga patio, outdoor dinning area, roof top deck, outdoor hammocks, hot tub). Surrounded by fencing for dogs to roam. Pretty landscaping, including several joshua trees. Close enough to main road. Views of hills and distant mountains (neighbors are close, but I didn't notice a soul). As far as the inside goes, the posted images do it justice, well thought out decor with intention and care. Overall I definitely recommend and would stay again.
