Excellent city hotel, great location 5 minutes walk from Zürich HB station, friendly helpful staff. The room had all you need and very clean. Nice reception/bar area to hang out with free hot drinks which was a nice touch. Definitely stay again, thank you!

Clean room. Lobby area is very trendy and vibrant. Close to tram. Not far from train station. Excellent Thai restaurant across the street. Not much seating. Check in and out was easy.

Room had a lovely feel to it and overall the hotel was really nice. We enjoyed an evening drink in the bar and free coffee in foyer to enjoy. Walkable to train station and around Zurich.

Rooms are very badly designed. The toilet / Restroom is a small wooden box added to the room by the door. It is not well insulated and lacks ventilation. The light is automatic (sensor-activated), hence even in the middle of the night, you get full illumination as soon as you open the door. There is virtually no workstation in the room. The standard double-bed rooms lack sufficient storage space (only a standing shelf), and the shower area is tiny. The shower and toilet are separated from your bed by a curtain. I frequently wish the hotel owner and interior designer would spend one night in this room and see how it feels for themselves.

Some of the staff were not helpful. I was looking for forks or chopsticks. Even though I told the receptionist about it, her answer was simply “they are there.” So I asked another receptionist. Then she said I should go to the bar asking about it. When I went to the bar, they sent me back to the reception desk. I was very upset at their attitude but I didn’t express it. I hope others will not experience the same.

The staff is terrific!! The location in convenient to the central train station and District 1 (Old City) Zurich. The breakfast was very good and, after a long day of sightseeing (and tired feet from walking), the restaurant on the main floor was perfect for a light dinner prepared by a very talented chef - don’t miss it…

A nice place to stay in Zurich, easy access to train station and Bahnhofstrasse. Room layout is a bit odd with open shower layout and shower floor was very slippery. Overall met the needs of a one night stay in Zurich for the price.
