Experience an urban winery on the slopes of Mount Etna. Begin the tour with a guided walk led by a professional sommelier, visit our urban vineyards, rare dry-stone buildings and an oak wood representing the large forest that was once just above Catania, now claimed by the expanding city.
Back at our well-preserved 18th-century winery, rather than focusing on modern making, you’ll discover how wine was produced here over 300 years ago and why preserving this history is so important today.
Finish the tour with a contemporary dinner by our resident chef. Each seasonal menu celebrates Sicilian ingredients and includes options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten and lactose free diets. Each course is paired with five carefully selected Etna wines ( including two estate wines).
Families are welcome. Children can enjoy a treasure hunt during the vineyard tour, play in the sandpit and small trampoline or enjoy our reading and painting corner in the tasting room.
