Amid laughter and shared tips, each person selects their cuts of meat and seasons them to their liking. The aroma of grilling meat mingles with the evening breeze as we chat with other travellers who, like us, have become chefs for a night.
• Flavours Under the Moon
We sit on comfortable cushions around low tables adorned with candles. We share not only the food we have prepared with our own hands, but also stories and smiles.
• Dessert: Carlota (a typical local sweet).
