Travel to the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, where you'll have the chance to see these adorable creatures up close. Spend time observing the pandas in their natural habitat, learning about their behaviour and conservation efforts.

Next, head to the Leshan Giant Buddha, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Marvel at the grandeur of this massive statue, carved into the cliffside over 1,300 years ago. Take a hike to get different views of the Buddha and enjoy a boat ride to see it from the water.

After exploring the Leshan Giant Buddha, savour a delicious dinner at Sanjianghui Ecological Fish Restaurant, where you can try local Leshan cuisine. Finally, relax on the journey back to your hotel in Chengdu.
