Start your day with a 1.5-hour scenic transfer into the Sierra Norte mountains to Cuajimiloyas village at +10,500ft with overlooking endless pine forests and rugged ridgelines and where we will star a 45kms ride.

Pedal along dirt roads and forest tracks and giant agaves as we make our way towards the mountain village of Benito Juárez. Take on the optional climb to the highest suspension bridge in Oaxaca, with incredible views of the Central Valleys reward your effort. It’s a true highlight and a perfect photo moment.

We continue along a scenic mountain route towards Teotitlán del Valle, renowned for its ancestral weaving traditions. Here, a local family welcomes us for annatural dye techniques and traditional rug-making class. To finish the day, we visit a traditional mezcal distillery to learn about the artisanal production process and enjoy a guided tasting of Oaxaca’s iconic spirit before returning to the city.
