As this is a working winery, no two days are ever the same. You will become a natural part of the estate’s daily rhythm, guided throughout your visit by a member of the family - making this a truly authentic and unique experience. You will also walk through the original small cellar, where it all began, and learn about the winery’s history and organic winemaking practices first-hand.

You will taste a selection of Poggio San Polo wines, thoughtfully paired with the estate’s olive oil and a selection of local delicacies carefully curated by the family. Every product you sample comes either directly from the estate - whether from the vineyards or the garden - or is prepared by local producers trusted by the family.

At the end of your experience, you will have the opportunity to purchase wines and olive oil to take home with you, bringing a taste of the estate back with you.
