What you can expect

  • Escape Dublin for a journey to Country Kerry and experience the vibrant Irish countryside. Observe the mountains, lakes, and rugged coastline that define the region. Drive the famed Ring of Kerry to see quaint villages. As you go, hear about the area's Gaelic history from your expert guide.

Speed away from the city on the train to Killarney. Arrive at the shores of Lough Leane and on the fringe of the Killarney National Park. Board your coach for the drive out to Dingle Bay on the weathered Atlantic Coast.

See spectacular scenery between Waterville and Caherdaniel before heading back inland and up into the MacGillycuddy's Reeks mountain range. Featured here is Ireland’s highest mountain, Carrantuohill, which tops out at nearly 3,500 feet (1,000 m).

Enjoy some free time over lunch to soak up the dramatic landscape and fill your lungs with fresh country air. Marvel at the beautiful Lakes of Killarney as you make your way to the train back to Dublin. Head back refreshed from your day in the Emerald Isle’s unspoiled landscapes.
