Siem Reap

Artisans Angkor is a Cambodian social business creating job opportunities for young people in rural areas while reviving traditional Khmer craftsmanship. it was founded in 1992. They were working to archive with a real showcase of Khmer craftsmanship for its silk fabrics and garments, stone and wood carving, lacquerware, ceramics, silver-plated copperware, silk painting, and jewellery.
Wat Bo Temple
The last place is Wat Bo Pagoda is one of the oldest pagodas in Siem Reap, Cambodia and has a number of well-preserved wall paintings from the 19th century. Although it is a Buddhist temple some of the wall paintings describe the famous ancient love storey of Rama and Shita, the strongest man and the most beautiful women of all times. Still today the royal families of the Southeast Asian countries claim to be descendants of Rama. Anyhow, these wall paintings describe a Hindu storey that is most remarkable in a Buddhist temple. Wat Bo temple also contains a large collection of Buddha statues that you will find behind the main Buddha.

Angkor Wat
We will pick you up at (4.30 to 5.00 am depending on your hotel location) from your hotel for sunrise outside Angkor Wat. Enter the great temple in darkness from the little-visited eastern side, and walk along the ancient isolated passageways the longest stretch of bas-relief carvings. Spending almost 3 hours to learn about Angkor history and our culture was rich in Asia. Angkor Thom was built by the powerful king call Jayavarman VII (1181-1218) and the state temple is Bayon temple it's the last temple of the king. The symbols Hinduism and Buddhism were decorated on there to merge two main religious together, even the king is Buddhist but he didn't discriminate to others religion. Continue your journey on to the jungle-enveloped Ta Prohm – one of the most atmospheric of all temples in Angkor. This temple also built by the King Jayavarman VII as well (1186) to dedicated to his mother Sri Jayarajacudamani and Preah Khan temple dedicated to his father Dharanindravarman II. It's Buddist and Hindu temple, the temple was filmed by Angelina Jolie 2000-2001 call Tomb Raider. Beside the temple here also serve as the University of the queen Indradevi. The end of the tour, we going to stop at the Srah Srang reservoir to refresh with windy and get some pictures at the pond, we can have some lunch in the local restaurant is the best tasting at here.

The images are appropriated as the temple’s dimension are quite small and refinement of it’s carving reached a level which found no an equivalent in other Khmer temples. 1- Its sponsor was two brahmin brothers, Yajnavaraha, a guru of the Jayavarman V and he is younger brother Visnhukumara. 2- Date: Mid 10th century(967) 3- King: The temple was founded by a Brahmin named Yajnavaraha who was attached to Rajendravarman II AND Jayavarman V. 4- Culture: Hindu(Shiva). The temple was built in Ishvarapura, the city of Lord Shiva.
