Calgary International Airport

Welcome to Calgary, also known as “Cowtown”. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel. Our complementary airport pick up is from 10am to 10pm, every 2 hours (pre-booking required). Please meet our tour guide at Exit 7. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Please note that we may modify the order of the itinerary for day 2-4.

Day 2: Banff - Gondola - Johnston Canyon Icewalk - Bow Falls - Surprise Corner - Banff Town

Banff National Park

Explore Canada's first national park, one of the world's premier destination spots. Famous for its Rocky Mountain peaks, turquoise glacial lakes, wildlife and a picture-perfect mountain town.

Johnston Canyon

Known for its walking trail and accessible year-round. The canyon transforms in the winter, offering a magical experience with snow covered trails and frozen waterfalls.

Banff Gondola

Optional. You could choose to go up to the top of the mountain and enjoy a 360° view of Banff.

Bow Falls

One wide waterfall that spans the Bow River, surrounded by natural scenery and rocky cliffs. In the film "The River of no return" in 1960’s, starring Marilyn Monroe and Robert Mitchum, there's a scene where the stars raft down this falls.

Surprise Corner

Great spot where most of the famous pictures have been taken of the historic Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel.

Hoodoo's Viewpoint

Hoodoos are composed sedimentary rock covered by harder rock that is harder to erode. Once softer sediment erodes rock needle, or tower like natural obstacles are left.

Day 3: Lake Louise - Yoho - Emerald Lake - Natural Bridge

Lake Louise

This beautiful lake is named after Princess Louise Caroline Alberta. Famous photo-taking location. Take the chance to experience snowshoeing (weather dependant).

Yoho National Park

The word Yoho is a Cree expression of amazement or awe, and it is an apt description for the park's spectacular landscape of massive ice fields and mountain peaks.

Spiral Tunnels

The construction and extra track effectively doubled the length of the climb and reduced the gradient to 2.2%.

Emerald Lake

It’s the largest lake of the Yoho’s. The colour of the water is cause by powdered limestone.

Natural Bridge

Sculpted by the erosive forces of rushing water over what had once been a waterfall, the Natural Bridge is a powerful reminder of how much influence water has in shaping the landscape.

Vermilion Lakes

The Vermilion Lakes are a series of lakes located immediately west of Banff, Alberta, in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. The three lakes are formed in the Bow River valley, in the Banff National Park, at the foot of Mount Norquay. The area offers wildlife viewing opportunities and breathtaking scenery.

Day 4: Lake Louise Ski Resort - Lake Minnewanka/Abraham Lake - Banff Upper Hot Spring

Lake Louise Ski Resort

One of the largest ski area in Canada over 100 ski run to fit all level needs. (Nov-Dec & Apr stop for about 3 hours, Jan-Mar stop for about 2 hours) Optional Activities include sightseeing gondola, snow tubing, 20 minutes heli-tour (heli-tour only available from Dec 31 to Mar 12, minimum 2 guests per booking). *Will be replaced by leisure time at Lake Louise if not joining any optional activities. **If Lake Louise Ski Resort gondola and tubing is not open due to weather or maintenance, will be replaced by Icefield Parkway (Bow Lake/Peyto Lake)

Lake Minnewanka

A glacial lake located in the eastern area of Banff National Park, is the longest lake in the mountain parks of Canadian Rockies. For JAN-MAR departure, we will visit the "Bubble Lake (Abraham Lake)" instead of Minnewanka Lake & Banff Hot Springs.

Abraham Lake

An artificial lake on North Saskatchewan River in western Alberta, is home to rare phenomenon where bubbles get frozen right underneath its surface. For JAN-MAR departure, we will visit the "Bubble Lake (Abraham Lake)" instead of Minnewanka Lake & Banff Hot Springs.

Banff Upper Hot Springs

Only outdoor hot Springs in Banff National Park. For JAN-MAR departure, we will visit the "Bubble Lake (Abraham Lake)" instead of Minnewanka Lake & Banff Hot Springs. ** Will be replaced by Cave & Basin if Banff hot spring not available **Please bring the swimming suite for Banff Upper Springs if you plan to participate
