Description

Montreal is all about districts, each with its own distinct identity, and this tour is just as unique as the districts you visit. Hop on an electric scooter for a ride that shows you the energy of the city's West Side, from Victorian suburbs to a trendy modern market and old working-class haunts.

Once you meet your guide, get a short introduction to the scooter, which handles like a bicycle and lets you breeze around town throughout your sightseeing tour. When you're ready to go, your guide leads you through downtown, up to the suburban community of Westmount, and then down to the trendy Atwater market for a chance to browse the farmers' stalls arrayed around the Art Deco building.

Next, discover the old industrial district of Saint-Henri, which is in the midst of an urban revival that gives the place a cool, contemporary atmosphere. Swing by the Lachine Canal for a look at the locks at the Old Port of Montreal before you end the tour with some new-found knowledge of the city's culture and best places to visit.

Try to take this tour on your first day in Montreal. It's a great overview of the city and places where you might want to spend more time on your own. The tour guides were excellent and very knowledgeable about Montreal. I highly recommend this tour.
