  • Skip-the-line tickets to Auschwitz-Birkenau allow you to skip the ticket line, but there is a separate line for security checks. All visitors must provide their full name when booking and bring a valid photo ID or passport. Tickets are non-refundable.
  • We provide private car transfers to Auschwitz-Birkenau, but other people will join you on a group tour of the museum and memorial site. The size of the group tour will be limited to 30 people. The guide will meet you on the site.
  • People with reduced mobility may find it difficult to move around Auschwitz-Birkenau. Wheelchairs are available from the Visitor Service Centre but they have to be reserved in advance.
  • We recommend bringing your own snacks or packed lunch to Auschwitz-Birkenau as it's in a remote location and there will be no lunch break.
  • We will arrange private transfers in a standard car (saloon) for groups of 1-4 people, and in a larger van or minibus for groups of 5 people and more. If you're travelling in a smaller group but want to travel in a more spacious car, we recommend booking a 5-people tour to take advantage of a larger vehicle.
