We find ourselves in front of one of the oldest bridges in the province, located at the entrance to the Alpujarra Almeriense, an ideal place for bungee jumping in Almería. The most common name by which it is known is the Gádor Bridge, although its real name is the Bridge of the Five Eyes due to the five arches in its structure. It has an approximate height of 40 metres, making bungee jumping in Gádor very attractive when one peers over the edge.
Constructed with stone blocks, it is ideal for the installation of safety systems and for jumping.
We are in a semi-desert landscape dominated by shrubs and bushes; this bridge is located on the Huechar riverbed, connecting at its lower part to the Andarax River.
We will position ourselves under the second arch, where, with patience, we will provide you with the necessary equipment for the jump. Once this phase is completed, it's your turn to be the protagonists. You'll have to climb to the edge of the bridge, approximately half a metre, and once there, take small steps to reach the edge, a critical moment where the excitement is palpable.
Suddenly, you'll hear a 3… 2… 1… JUMP!!
And your body, without knowing why, will find itself rapidly flying towards the ground, watching life pass by. After several seconds, you'll feel the ropes absorbing the fall, and you'll start to swing, regaining awareness of where you are.
At the end of the swing from the jump, we will lower you with manual and automatic mechanisms to the ground. Once your feet touch the ground, your senses will recover.
