We will begin this experience learning about cocoa in the time of the Mayans, you will learn about the origin, importance and uses of the time, we will continue using our five senses, to enjoy the aroma and flavour of the different processes of cocoa in Guatemala, you will learn to roast , shell and grind your own cocoa and at the end you will take your chocolate made by you.
