What you can expect

Villa Colloredo Mels houses the Museo dell'Emigrazione Marchigiana (Museum of the Emigration of the Marche Region) and collects the city's art treasures. Here you can admire the masterpieces of Lorenzo Lotto, including the famous 'Annunciation', the Golden Bull of Emperor Frederick II of Swabia and a section full of books, documents, memorabilia and works of art dedicated to Giacomo Leopardi.

Torre del Borgo, 36 metres high, offers a breathtaking view that stretches from the Adriatic Sea to the Sibillini Mountains. It houses the MUREC, which tells the history of Recanati from its origins to the 20th century.

At the Beniamino Gigli Museum you can breathe in the atmosphere of the Opera and learn about the career of the famous tenor from Recanati.
