Cancellation & Refund Policy
Travellers may cancel up to 24 hours before the start of the activity for a full refund.
If the supplier cancels the tour for any reason, including force majeure, adverse weather, unsafe sea conditions, government or local authority restrictions, or other circumstances preventing the tour from operating, a full refund will be offered for the affected booking. Rescheduling or alternative arrangements may be offered as additional options but will not replace the guest’s right to a full refund.
