Overview

  • Discover the most authentic side of Mallorca on a visit to Finca Treurer, where tradition, high technology and passion for EVOO come together in a caring sensory experience.

You will walk through the olive grove and the olive mill to understand, in a clear and enjoyable way, what is behind a large EVOO, green harvesting, cold extraction and the importance of cleaning and how it makes a difference. The team will accompany you so that you not only see it, but also learn and enjoy it.

The experience includes a guided tasting in which you will learn to distinguish an authentic EVOO from other olive oils, identifying aromas and flavours and all in a pleasant way. To complete enjoy a Mallorcan wine tasting designed to pair and enhance each dish.

Everything takes place in a quiet environment, with a focus on sustainability and respect for the landscape. A different proposition for those looking for more than a visit, an immersion in the culture, traditions and flavours of Mallorca.
