Additionally, you’ll get to immerse yourself in the lively morning market atmosphere, with cheerful chatter and the sight of boats coming and going. Two "specialities" not to be missed at Cai Rang Floating Market are "shaking noodles" and "clay-pot coffee."

09.00: Enjoy sweet pineapple: At the floating market, you’ll have the chance to hop on a vendor’s boat to enjoy fresh, juicy pineapples (nicknamed the queen of fruits). The vendor will peel the pineapple on the spot for you to savour right there on the boat. After visiting the floating market, the next stop is the rice paper and noodle factory. Here, you’ll witness how the locals in the Mekong Delta make everyday staples like rice paper and noodles. You can even try your hand at one of the steps in the process that interests you and enjoy the unique "Rice Noodle Pizza" — a one-of-a-kind speciality of Can Tho.

10:00: Leaving the Floating Market, you depart for Con Son. 10:15 - 10:45 am: You arrive at Con Son (with an area of more than 70 hectares), the rustic and wild beauty of Con Son is compared to "a precious gem in the heart of the city". You will immerse yourself in the fresh natural scenery, learn about the simple life of local people, and temporarily forget the noise and bustle of the city.

11.30: While resting, you will enjoy delicious, hot and fragrant fried fish patties, each bite will "stick" to the next. Grilled fish, hand-made by local people, has a unique flavour that "fascinates" you right from the first try. Continuing, you will visit the green fruit garden, enjoy garden fruits "eat your fill - forget the way home", drink cool water (sassafras leaf juice, flute dew), enjoy the fresh air pleasant, watching and taking pictures with the lush, fruitful fruit trees in the garden.

12.00: Temporarily leaving the fruit garden, you will pass through the swaying monkey bridge, feeling extremely strange and new. Next, you will be able to see first-hand the process of making explosive green rice and experience making traditional cakes (making them yourself) or watch the "snakehead fish dance" performance: Making folk cakes: You will learn the meaning of the cake's name, the baking process, knead the dough yourself, prepare delicious and beautiful folk cakes yourself, and enjoy the finished product you just made. Besides, you can also enjoy fragrant sweet soup (depending on the day).
