Overview
An authentic experience dedicated to the art of fresh handmade pasta.
In these lessons we will put our hands in dough, starting from simple ingredients – local flour and eggs – to transform them into pure magic. You will learn the basic techniques of dough, spreading and forming, discovering the secrets handed down by the Italian tradition.

Local flours contain gluten.
The experience is ideal for families or groups, minimum two people. Children must be at least 8 years old.
