We will explore the Chauchilla cemetery, with mummies in their tombs covered with textiles and ceramics. We will tour the Cántalloc aqueducts and learn how the engineers of the Nazca civilisation built irrigation systems that are still used by farmers today.

8:00 AM - Arrival in Arequipa, early check-in, and time to rest.
2 pm We explore the city of Arequipa and visit the Santa Catalina Convent, considered the jewel of colonial architecture and one of the most important in the city. It stands out for its Spanish and Andean colonial-style walls painted in bright blue, red, and white. A visit to the Juanita Mummy Museum is very important because it is dedicated to Inca culture and ritual sacrifices on volcanoes. We explore the San Camilo market, the most traditional and important market in Arequipa, a place full of flavours, local culture, and gastronomy.

    Day 3 – Chivay-Cruz del Cóndor-Cabanaconde-Llahuar

After a 3-hour hike, we'll arrive at the Llahuar lodge with a view of the Colca River and thermal spring pools. We'll enjoy lunch and the thermal pool.

Day 4: Llahuar - Malata - Sangalle Oasis.
At 9 am, we climb 700 m uphill to the Apacheta vantage point, where we'll take a break to enjoy the view of the landscape and the route that we'll continue on to the Sangalle oasis.
