We start this tour at your accomodation, heading towards Ribeira Grande city where we can pass by the local beach Santa Barbara, where surfing is a big thing. We will then pass by the city centre where we will see the some of the typical architecture.
After that we go to the tea plantation Gorreana where I will guide you trough and explain a bit of the history and manufacturing of the factory. Almost getting to Furnas, if the weather is good we will pass by miradouro pico do ferro where we can see Furnas lake and village from up above. Already in Furnas I will guide you through the hot springs, where we can try fresh mineral water also known as “Água azeda”. After all that we go back to your accomodation.
