Know before you book

  • Dress warmly - it does get colder out on the water! We recommend windbreaker jackets, jumpers, long pants and closed-toe shoes be worn by all passengers for their comfort. It may also be a good idea to bring sunglasses, sun cream, tight fitting hat, camera and a sense of adventure!
  • Guests are asked to check in at least 30 minutes prior to departure time at our office located at the north end of Telegraph Cove Resort, next door to the Whale Museum, passenger boarding begins 15 minutes prior to departure.
  • Not wheelchair accessible vessel.
