Overview

  • Prepare for a thrilling experience of one of the most genuine Swedish traditions Sauna and Ice-bathing.

Just 20 minutes outside the city of Stockholm, in the forest, is a small lake and a local hot wooden Sauna.
In the winter the lake is covered by ice and its been a long tradition to enjoy the health benefits of the contrast of the hot and cold that makes you feel alive and energised.

For those who are well familiar with ice-bathing know how this will leave you with a feeling of deep relaxation and refreshment.
And if you dare the challenge to get in the ice-cold lake that will be a high achievement with its own rewards.

Here we also have our most popular nature reserve where you will find a recreation centre for outdoor activities with a history that dates back to the late 1800th century.
The local restaurant and cafe celebrates its 81st year of hosting guests by a warm fireplace and cosy atmosphere with a feel good after ski vibe.
