Activity itinerary

Asahiyama Zoo

  • 2h
  • Admission ticket not included
Witness the famous "Penguin Walk" as adorable penguins march through the snow right before your eyes! Unlike rushed bus tours, our private trip ensures optimised timing to catch this winter exclusive from a prime viewing spot. You’ll enjoy a relaxed 2-hour stay—plenty of time to see Polar Bears diving into icy waters and seals popping through frozen holes. A perfect, stress-free winter experience for families.

Asahikawa Ramen Village

  • 1h
Warm up your body and soul with a steaming bowl of Hokkaido’s soul food! This village brings together 8 legendary ramen shops (including famous names like Aoba and Baikohken) in one convenient spot. We highly recommend the local signature "Asahikawa Soya Sauce Ramen" or the rich "Butter Corn Miso Ramen." The hot soup is the ultimate comfort after a snowy morning. Enjoy the freedom to choose your favourite shop and dine at your own pace.

Otokoyama Sake Brewing Museum

  • 1h
Immerse yourself in 350 years of brewing history at one of Hokkaido's most award-winning sake breweries. Explore the museum featuring Edo-period tools and Ukiyo-e art, then head to the Tasting Zone to sample various flavours of sake for free! Don't miss the photogenic Japanese garden covered in snow or the famous "Great Snow Mountain" spring water source. It's also the perfect place to buy limited-edition sake as a unique souvenir before we head back.

Sunagawa Service Area Inbound (Pass by)

A brief 15-minute stop to stretch your legs and use the bathroom. This spot is famous for Kitakaro sweets. You can enjoy a quick ice cream at the rest area or buy souvenirs to enjoy later at your hotel. Please note: To maintain cleanliness, eating inside the vehicle is not permitted, so please finish any fresh snacks before boarding.
