We'll visit the Caminito del Rey and also enjoy the experience of rock climbing in El Chorro, one of the best climbing paradises in Europe.

Our tour begins at the Hotel La Garganta; at the front desk, we'll validate your reservation, and right there you'll meet your tour guide, who will accompany you throughout the day. From the hotel, we'll take a shuttle coach to the start of the Caminito, in the northern area, where we'll continue on foot, discovering all the history, curiosities, and stories surrounding this natural environment.

You'll walk along more than 3 kilometres of elevated walkways anchored to the vertical walls of the Desfiladero de los Gaitanes, which reach heights of up to 100 metres. At some points, the path narrows to just one metre wide, increasing the sense of adventure. During the journey, you'll be able to see outstanding sites such as the Escalones del Chocolate (also known as the Escalones de la Mantequilla), the Tajo de las Palomas gorge, the old and current infrastructures of the Caminito, the Puente del Rey, the Mirador de Cristal, the Valle del Hoyo, and the breathtaking straits of the Gran Gaitán.

The highlight of the experience comes when you cross the hanging bridge, suspended between the walls of the gorge, from where you can enjoy spectacular views of the cliffs and nearby reservoirs. After crossing it, the route continues along a pleasant descending path next to the Tajo de la Encantada reservoir to the southern exit, where the route ends, near the picnic area and the La Garganta restaurant.

After a break, we'll meet at the La Garganta front desk at the time indicated by the tour guide and continue on to start the second activity: climbing. Find out what each piece of gear is for: the harness, the ascender, the climbing shoes… Climb a vertical wall in complete safety and feel the thrill of reaching the top. And how do you get down? The answer is “rappelling,” almost like flying! Let yourself fall and trust the rope. Yes, an experience that you have to try to discover the thousand and one possibilities that the mountain offers.
