It is a district in the centre and owes its name to its remote past as the heart of the ancient Turin of the Romans that initially stood here. You will find dilapidated pre-war and modern designer furniture stores, churches from the 1200s and contemporary art galleries, flea markets and expensive boutiques for fashion items in very limited series.
