Included in the price is a glass of any single favourite wine at the close of the tasting, and tastings can be tailored to your tastes, and include either of the three following options: - Wines of Provence (a deep dive into the tastes and history of this wonderful region) - Wines of France (comparing and contrasting regional styles, varietals and tastes) - Comparative tasting of France and the World (5 pairs of one French and one foreign wine of the same varietal, with a focus of the qualities of different countries, and their relation to France) Wines are largely premium, with most tasters coming from bottles at between €20 and €50, and we talk about the history, biology and business of Provencal, French and global winemaking.
