We will visit local family businesses, tasting their products, drinking their wines and extra vergine olive oil . We will learn history of Cortona and the area around.! We will talk directly with the wine makers , seeing the vineyards, fermentation and ageing room. Learning how to make wine and olive oil, felling the passion these families has for these antique activities . We will listen their stories and knowledges they have learned from generations. The experience is very unique!
