What you can expect

  • Step into the heart of Puglian tradition at a historic masseria, a real working farm that has been the soul of rural Puglia for generations.

In this hands-on pasta-making class, you will learn the ancient art of shaping orecchiette from scratch, guided by a local expert who has been making pasta this way all his life. No shortcuts, no tourist shows: just an authentic technique passed down from generation to generation.

What makes this experience truly special:

    • You will work with your own hands from start to finish
    • The setting is an authentic farmhouse in the countryside of the Itria Valley
    • The small group format means personal attention and a real connection with the host
    • You eat everything you prepare, paired with local Apulian wines and artisan cheeses

This is not a cooking demonstration. It's a living piece of Apulian culture that you take home with you, along with the recipe and the memory of an unforgettable afternoon in Puglia.

Perfect for food lovers, couples, families, and anyone who wants to go beyond sightseeing and truly discover the soul of southern Italy.
