Sundarii's biggest passion is cooking and now she is excited to share her knowledge and teach everyone about authentic Tamilian culinary traditions. You will be welcomed into her home with a refreshing glass of paanagam (jaggery drink) or lemon juice. Then begin your South Indian cooking class with a masterclass on spices used in South Indian cuisine. Help Sundari cook two dishes from scratch. After cooking, you will sit down and eat together the labour of your work. Your meal will be served the traditional way, on banana leaves and if you'd prefer you can even sit down and eat with your hands - the most authentic way a meal is relished in India!

Begin with a masterclass on spices used in South Indian cuisine. Then help Sundarii cook two dishes from scratch. You will learn to make either the starter or dessert and the main dish. Sundarii will share a lot tips and tricks, some secrets that have been passed down through generations and her treasured family recipes, while you cook together. After cooking, you will sit down and eat together the labour of your work. You can choose between a vegetarian or meat meal.
