Antelope Canyon is one of the most famous slot canyons in the world, located in northern Arizona near the town of Page, within the Navajo Nation reservation. Horseshoe Bend is a breathtaking natural landmark located near Page, Arizona, just a few miles from Antelope Canyon. It’s a dramatic horseshoe-shaped meander of the Colorado River, carved into the red rock landscape over millions of years. From the viewpoint atop a 1,000-foot (300-meter) cliff, visitors can admire the sweeping curve of the river below, surrounded by stunning desert scenery. Horseshoe Bend is easily accessible via a short hike from a nearby parking area and is a favourite spot for photography, especially at sunset when the canyon walls glow with rich, warm colours.
