What you can expect

  • Meet your instructor at the main launch location and get your board and anchor equipment. Begin with a grounding and relaxation session, then progress through gentle yoga poses adapted for Stand-up paddle boarding including sitting, lying, and balance poses.

    Enjoy the calming aspects of yoga and nature with the novelty of being on water. Anchored boards and guided instruction make it safer and more stable, ideal even if you’re new to paddle boarding.

    Finish your session with a cool down and relaxation.
