What you can expect

  • WHAT TO EXPECT
Tatort, city history, and Münster humour: We dive into Boerne and Thiel's most legendary cases, follow them to the original filming locations, and discover how much real Münster is in Tatort.

    ORIGINAL TATORT FILMING LOCATIONS
Whether Boerne is fishing body parts out of the Aasee, Thiel is cycling across the Prinzipalmarkt, or the two are leading the Chinese princess across the Domplatz – we will visit the original locations of the Münster Tatort.

BOERNE AND THIEL'S MOST LEGENDARY CASES
Together with the detective duo, we bring their most legendary cases back to life – “Alberich” and the smoke-proof prosecutor are just as essential as our '68er behind the wheel.

    MÜNSTER'S URBAN HISTORY
Using well-known Tatort scenes, we open doors to real chapters in the city's history and, in the process, pick up a bit of knowledge about Münster – from the founding of the city, the Anabaptist rule, and the Peace of Westphalia to today's city of art and culture.
