Guests will arrive and put on their swimming costumes and wear their sunglasses. We will gather in my very warm pool (97+ degrees) and start stretching under my guidance. The group will start performing a series of gentle Water-Chi moves I will be teaching. We will focus on deep relaxation techniques and body stretches taking advantage of the buoyancy of the water. We will practice the art of using the force of water to increase our own flexibility and the art of listening to the sound of water to achieve a deep relaxation for 30 minutes. After this experience we will relax for 20 minutes in a very large hot tub equipped with hydro-jets while discussing our experience and I will be answering questions. We will put on SPA robes and we will then go indoors in my therapy room where I will demonstrate massage techniques for your enjoyment.
