Starting the Tunnel Bluffs hike, you will be greeted by the lush greenery of the coastal temperate rainforest. The trail begins with a steady ascent, where you will navigate through dense trees and moss-covered ground, occasionally catching glimpses of the stunning Howe Sound through the foliage. As you climb, you will cross small streams and traverse rocky sections that add a touch of adventure to the journey.

Midway up, you will encounter a picturesque viewpoint overlooking the forested valleys, providing a perfect spot for a brief rest and photo opportunity.

As they approach the summit, the forest opens up, revealing the breathtaking panoramic vista of Howe Sound, with its sparkling waters dotted by islands and framed by towering mountains. The view from Tunnel Bluffs is nothing short of spectacular, offering a perfect reward for the climb.
