  • The cooking classes we offer begin with a familiar tour of the Corredera market, where we explore vibrant stalls filled with fresh vegetables, olives, aromatic spices, and an array of meats, fish, and charcuterie.

    Together, we’ll select the ingredients for our menu, welcoming suggestions and accommodating any dietary preferences or intolerances—nothing is set in stone!

    Once we’ve gathered our fresh produce, we’ll head over to our place to whip up a delicious meal together. We use the simplest of ingredients, and make easy recipes that can be repeated for years to come back at your home kitchen!
